The Dog Whisperer

Move over, Cesar Millan. The youngest (I think) Dog Whisperer is here.

Well, ok, not really.

But he is fond of Nuggets, Mama’s dog.

Every time we would visit Mama, Lucas gets excited to see Nuggets. Looks like he got this fondness from his parents. Mike and I are both dog lovers. Hubby said some masters may not be loyal to their dogs, but all dogs are loyal to their masters. I 100% agree.

I am also a believer that dogs understand their masters and adjust to their needs. Even when the Little Jedi was just an infant, Nuggets was there looking after him. Nuggets would not jump on the bed if Lucas was there. When Lucas started to walk, and became more responsive, Nuggets also became more playful to him.

Here he is “talking”, or more like “scolding” Nuggets.

Can you guess who the “Alpha Male” is? Hehe.

We want to get a dog but the condominium, where we live, does not allow pets. Not all dogs are recommended for children though. Puppyintraining.com gives a list of the top ten dogs for children:

Once we move to a bigger place, we’ll definitely get a pet dog!
